"I prebooked the vehicle more than 24 hr in advance. No indication anything was wrong. 12 min before pickup time received a text asking me to confirm postal code . I returned the call within 5 min. I didn't receive a response. I phoned dispatch, confirmed address and was told it would be 2-3 min. 5 min after promised time, I called again and was told 2 min. At 17 min after the booked time , a free cab drove. By. I called the dispatch again and was told to wait one minute. We could not wait any longer. This was for a pickup for 6 am on a Sunday. There was no legitimate reason for the delay. I request a full refund."

"I ordered the regular car knowing that a regular car could put their rear seat down to accommodate my golf bag. I was called later by your company and told I needed an upgraded vehicle that would cost 10 pounds more although I knew that was wrong. I had to pay the 10 pounds yet a regular car came anyway which of course fit my bag!!!! I want a 10 pound refund and your agent needs to understand what a car can accommodate for your service to be worth the extra cost it entails. a regular taxi would have been substantially cheaper"

"Driver got stuck in traffic for the pickup so was late, however this worked in our favour as he was able to direct us to the Pick Up and Drop Off, a much shorter walk than where the booked taxis are normally supposed to park. Driver did well to drive through the evening rush hour and get us safely to our destination. "

He was very nice and he loaded up all our bags(which was a lot, because we have big heavy bags due to moving our daughter into University in Glasgow) without hesitation.
