"Driver got stuck in traffic for the pickup so was late, however this worked in our favour as he was able to direct us to the Pick Up and Drop Off, a much shorter walk than where the booked taxis are normally supposed to park. Driver did well to drive through the evening rush hour and get us safely to our destination. "

He was early, which is never a bad thing. He was very nice and he loaded up all our bags(which was a lot, because we have big heavy bags due to moving our daughter into University in Glasgow) without hesitation. If we’re ever back in Edinburgh or anyone I know goes there, I will give them info on the card Farrukh gave us and tell them to use this company for sure. Can’t thank you enough for such a pleasant experience 😊"
